Gypsy Cross Gelding - SOLD

$2,200.00
sold out

Not many out there like this one! “Gypsy” is a 2 YO Gypsy Vanner/Quarter Horse cross gelding with 35 rides. This gelding is looking like he will be a great prospect for trail riding, pleasure riding, and some showing. At 14.2 hh, he isn’t overly tall, but he has already developed a solid frame and has good bone and foot. If you watch the video you’ll see he is getting soft in the face and is picking up on leg cues as well. He has ridden in the arena and outside. Also, he is not afraid to ride off by himself and has some self-confidence in that regard. At this point in his education, the biggest things I’m working on with him are accepting the bit and loping with confidence. He will do both, but can get a little bothered. Neither point is a “hole,” but just something this young horse needs time and practice with. If you are looking for a partner that should be a solid companion for years to come, Gypsy should be a great young candidate. 100% sound.
