Hugh Glass - SOLD
“Hugh Glass” is a 2 year-old buckskin gelding that has 20 rides. As a tri-colored buckskin with one glass eye, he is an extremely unique looking horse. This horse should end up developing into one that really stands out as he continues to grow. At this point in his riding, he’s getting confidence in some of the basics. He has bucked a few times, mostly on the ground before riding. He has also been a nervous colt, getting worked up over some pretty normal things (trees/bushes/etc.), but he has been getting better with some practice. I’ve been riding him slow and steady, trying to build his confidence, and he’s definitely beginning to relax more and more. If you watch the video, you’ll see the sort of demeanor that he’s developing. If you’ve got time to take things slow and easy, he should be one that will be there in the long run. Although the video doesn’t show it, I’d say he is an above average athlete, and a pretty handy little horse. Feet just trimmed without any problems as well. 100% sound. Watch the video below.
